On 18 May 2026, Le Tree Holdings Limited held a relisting bell-ringing ceremony at SGX Group. This marks the company’s successful strategic transformation and debut on the capital market under a new brand, opening a brand-new chapter of growth.

Formerly listed as Samko Timber Limited with decades of experience in the timber industry, the company completed a major business restructuring in 2025. It divested its capital-intensive traditional manufacturing business, rebranded to Le Tree Holdings Limited, and welcomed a new controlling shareholder and professional management team, laying a solid foundation for strategic shift.
Post-restructuring, Le Tree Holdings positions itself as a cross-border beauty & wellness platform bridging China and Southeast Asia. Taking China as its core strategic hub, its China division has launched the Le Tree United Service Platform to connect premium suppliers with end consumers, delivering one-stop value-added services for partners across the beauty and wellness sectors.

The company has established in-depth strategic cooperation with Shuyipai, a renowned beauty chain based in Xiamen, China, building a replicable and scalable business model. Going forward, it will focus on Greater China and Southeast Asia, expanding steadily into Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and other regional markets to tap cross-border growth potential.
Caihan Xie, Head of Greater China Capital Markets at SGX Group, commented: “We witness another listed company embarking on a new transformative journey. SGX offers international brand exposure and sound corporate governance, which underpin enterprises’ long-term growth, scale expansion and operational resilience. We look forward to Le Tree’s new management leveraging SGX’s capital access and operational flexibility to pursue new growth and deliver enhanced value to shareholders.”

SGX will continue supporting Le Tree Holdings in its new development phase. We aim to work with more enterprises to seize opportunities across Asia and strengthen integration between capital markets and real industries.
